The Voice 97.7 FM will present to the public a new, refreshing stereo radio sound. The presenters on the radio station will be professional personalities, which over time; will become identifiable characters within the community with whom everyone relates. Where possible, The Voice 97.7 FM will make every effort to recruit Caymanians to fill positions, and instances where a Caymanian is not hired, a timetable will be set to have a suitably qualified and trained Caymanian in these posts.
